The classic Stalker Stickbow model: The Wolverine, though tweaked over the years to enhance appearance and performance, is the only original Stalker Stickbow still being built today. With a handle that’s been iterated upon practically to the point of perfection and limbs that are sculpted to lay flush with the riser, the Wolverine is an easy contender for the best-looking bow we offer.

Now a hybrid model, granting the option to either prioritize speed or silence, the Wolverine riser allows both longbow and static recurve limbs to be used and interchanged at will – the latter of which are currently tied with the Vortex recurve as our highest velocity performers.
With the acquisition of A&H Archery, Dryad Bows, and their ACS limb patent, Stalker Stickbows has also begun offering a $125 optional upgrade to ACS super-curve limbs for the Wolverine. With a concave cross-section resembling a tape measure near the tips, ACS limbs are more rigid, require less material, and shoot with increased velocity, compared to our standard XT limbs. Adding to this, the ACS super-curve limb’s unique design significantly reduces the additional weight taken on with each inch as full draw is approached, by opening up with a much more dramatic arch than static recurve limbs.
WOLVERINE SL
Built standard with either complimenting or contrasting pieces of dyed actionwood flanking an accent stripe that runs down the middle, the Wolverine SL riser can also be upgraded from our entire selection of exotic hardwoods at their regular respective rates. Likewise, the Wolverine SL’s standard actionwood limbs can be upgraded at usual cost to exotic hardwood veneers for a custom appearance, as well as reinforced with bamboo cores for an additional $50 to significantly improve performance.
WOLVERINE XT
Distinguished by their curved accent stripe, Wolverine XT risers are built from either complimenting or contrasting blocks of exotic hardwood, resulting in a steadier draw than can be achieved with a much lighter actionwood handle. The veneered bamboo core Wolverine XT limbs also significantly improve upon the performance of their SL counterparts, shooting faster and farther distances.
WOLVERINE FXT
The premium Wolverine model: the FXT is a substantial visual upgrade from the SL and XT variants, replacing the thin accent stripe in the riser with a large center flare in the shape of an hourglass. Built standard with our bamboo core XT limbs – which can be upgraded to ACS supercurve on a recurve – the Wolverine FXT is also designed with a concealed G-10 I-beam in the riser, making it the most durable and attractive option for one of our most popular bows.
